Our client has a leading private dental practice dedicated to providing exceptional patient care in a comfortable and modern environment. They offer a wide range of high-quality dental services, from routine check-ups to advanced cosmetic and restorative treatments. The team is passionate about dentistry and committed to creating a positive and welcoming experience for every patient. They are seeking a highly organised, friendly, and professional Dental Receptionist/Administrator to join our expanding and close-knit team, 4 days per week. This is a crucial front-of-house role, as you will be the first point of contact for our patients, both in person and over the phone. The ideal candidate will be a compassionate individual with a strong administrative background, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude. Previous experience in a receptionist, administrative, or customer-facing role is essential. Experience in a dental or healthcare setting is highly desirable. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and professional telephone manner. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using dental software (e.g., SOE Exact, Dentally, or similar) is a significant advantage. Competent in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Ability to work independently and as part of a team. A calm and empathetic approach, able to handle challenging situations with grace. A high level of integrity and respect for patient confidentiality. The successful candidate will be rewarded with a minimum of £14 per hour together with a super benefits package
Requirements
Previous Dental Reception experience is essential. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and proficiency in dental Software is also required.
