JBSM Recruitment Ltd have a brand-new position just in. We are seeking an Associate Dentist for a practice in Portsmouth, Hampshire, PO1. This is a fully mentored position where a Skilled Worker Visa can be arranged. The position is ideally full time – Monday Ð Friday. Part time candidates may also be considered. UDA rate of £15.00 – £16.00 + 50% split on salary and lab bills. Enhanced UDA rate: Up to £18.00 for candidates with experience in teaching and mentoring dentists (EU mentor role). Our client is now in the mobilisation phase for this practice, opening on 5th January 2026 and are seeking to recruit Associate Dentists to join their growing team. Located close to the M27, A27 & A3, and just a 3 minute drive to the coast. An opportunity to shape a new NHS practice from the outset, with strong clinical and managerial support, excellent facilities, and a modern working environment. You will need GDC registration, DBS, Hep B immunity, Professional Indemnity & References.
